I feel the frustrations you felt growing up and it does sound very absurd and sad to know this. We have different cultures and upbringing. Though I was lucky to have support in my chosen career, I too had some frustrations in terms of respect because of choosing a career that wasn't even considered a real one at the time- art. It took me some bad vices, multiple physical and verbal abuse, and running away, before time made us heal and forgive. I hope the same for everyone going through similar situations 🙏🏽❤️

Thank you for seeing through my words Astrid . It doesn’t get better sadly, but very grateful for the shock absorbers in my life who enabled me to have a career of my own . The one of my choice. I have deep respect towards people who choose Art. As risky as the society has deemed it to be , it forgot to tell us how fulfilling it can get. I’m so glad you were able to forgive them, Astrid. I’m really struggling to do that . 🌻

Don't feel bad for feeling relief when a toxic person is removed from your life. If they were an asshole in life, they're still an asshole in death.
